Please help with Mexican Police Certificate - Very Urgent!

So I have sent off everything to Canadian Embassy in Mexico 4 months ago and I am still waiting. I have emailed them few times and every time I am getting generic reply that my application is being processed.

At this very moment things have complicated at work and I might lose my job or my work permit. With regards to Express Entry application that police clearance is the only thing that stops me from having my PR issued, I have even been asked for final payment (right to permanent residency fee) but I won't get it until that police certificate comes through.

I am considering flying over to Mexico from Toronto to get it myself. I dont speak Spanish, can someone tell me how difficukt it will be for me to get that paper? Can I get it quicker if I bribe them? I dont exactly have 10 days. Can I pay them to mail it to me in Toronto if I give them prepaid Fedex envelope? Does anyone know about a legal representative in Mexico who could get it for me?

I'm desperate.

I have further questions for you. Are you a Mexican citizen? Do you need a PC from Mexico because you lived there for a while? In short, why do you need a PC from Mexico? I'm asking because the PC documents change according to where you resided in Mexico.

In any case, stop thinking of bribing somebody. There are ways to get what you want legally, if you do your research and do the work.

There are a couple of options.

The first option is if you have family members or friends in Mexico that are willing to go and do this for you. This is the option I took. First thing, you will need to go to the Mexican Embassy in your current city in Canada and ask for a request letter from them to send to Mexico. After that, you will send that letter and all other needed documentation including: current valid Mexican ID (IFE or if you are not a Mexican, Passport), proof of address (translated by an official translator if in another language. It can also belong to a direct family member like mom, dad or siblings), Military Service Letter (in case you are a Mexican national), Birth Certificate (current, must be no older than 5 YEARS), 2 I.D. Pictures in color (4.5 x 3.5 cm), proof of payment (can be presented by the person you choose to do this errand for you), set of finger prints taken by a certified institution in Canada, power of attorney letter for the person you choose to do this for you in Mexico.

Second option is to fly down there yourself and do it. You will still need the same documentation excpet for the set of fingerprints and the power of attorney letter.

In both cases, you will get the letter issued in 10 DAYS OR LESS (i got mine the next day). You get the letter, translate it by a certified translator and get the original and the translation scanned and uploaded to your PR application. That's what I did.

Hopefully it'll work out for you. It's a really fast process, just make sure you have all the right documentation exactly how they ask for it.

But remember, before anything, talk to the Mexican Embassy in Canada! They will tell you all this info and anything else you might need to know.
