I'm very nervous about incorrectly filling out forms. Can someone help me out and verify that I did this correctly?

I didn't hire a lawyer.
5. original of completed IMM 5409, if you have a co-signer and he/she is your common-law partner.
Don't have a co-signer and my partner/principal applicant is my husband.
8. original of IMM 0008DEP, if applicable.
Don't have dependents.
12. original of IMM 5476, if applicable.
Didn't hire a lawyer.
14. photocopy of marriage certificate, if you have co-signer and he/she is spouse.
Don't have a co-signer.

Not common-law.

19. If you must meet minimum income requirement...
There's no minimum income requirement for spousal sponsorship. (I am including proofs of financial support from my parents attached to the Financial Sponsorship form.)
20. If you're Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada...
Living inside Canada (But I am currently in USA visiting my husband. Been here for 2 months and I plan on leaving after submitting my app. I plan to submit my app this month)
