Please help with GCMS

I am new into the forum. Can someone tell how to order GCMS? I see that you have to be in Canada or you need someone in Canada or be PR or Citizen? How to do it?

I think I replied in another post:
If you are in Canada or you have relatives in Canada or someone who is PR or Citizen, you may do it for $5
Otherwise, you will have to use a company which provides GCMS services. They're not bad, just charge a little for their work. Before we immigrated, we ordered GCMS about 10 times to see what is going with our case so I did some research on the cheapest companies available.
So far got these (from least to the most expensive ones):

http://caipsnotes.com/ - $40

http://www.caips.ca/costs.shtml - from 40 to 120

If anyone knows cheaper, please share

Thank you million times! I actually ordered from that gcmsnow.com and they sent me a form to sign very quickly. Good service. But why price difference? Same service but charge more?

Immigration Program Officer(Manager). A superviser. The application usually forwarded to IPM when VO who is assessing the application has some concerns/doubts.
