Please help! What it will happend if I go to US to work after apply the EE+CEC?

I am yearning for some suggestion for me to make decision, really appreciate if anyone can help me...
my current situation:
- got ITA from EE under CEC. my score is 850, basic score is 250(no education ECA yet)+ 600 from my current LMO and offer.
- Submitted all files to CIC already.
- Last week, I got a news that my company will transfer me to US for 2-3 years. and I need sign a new offer to the US office and my payroll will be US in fthose years. the move will be happened in 1 month!

My question is:
- how this will impacted my case? will this impact my PR application and would i got refused? I got 600score from my current offer, but if I move to US, my current offer in Canada would not be valid I think, this will make my score lower than the cut off score, even I will get my and my wife's ECA soon, the scaore will still reamain around 400, but still lower than the cut off line.

- Should I inform CIC about my move and job change? or should I jsut keep silence untill CIC ask me?
pls give me some advise! really really appreciate! and hope everyone great luck!

As you've submitted your application prior to you leaving in a month's time then you're fine as your LMO was valid at the time u submitted your application. I won't inform CIC of a change in circumstances yet as your circumstance hasn't yet changed. You've only received an offer to go work in the US, something might happen and that offer may no longer hold. So just sit back, relax and have a diet coke.

CIC does say on its page to inform them of changes of address, and job loss. Of course, you haven't lost your job yet, so you don't have to say anything yet.

Is this the same company that gave you the LMIA that supported your application? What a strange thing to do! Your main problem has less to do with BEFORE you get PR, assuming you don't move or lose your LMIA job before then, than it does after. PR in Canada has residence requirements, and you will lose it as soon as you gain it if you move to the US immediately.

Either losing your LMIA job before getting PR, or moving to the US for 3 years immediately after will probably cause the loss of your Canadian PR. It's up to you which opportunity - the US job or the Canadian PR - is more important. In your shoes, I would explain the situation to the company and ask them not to do it!

Thanks a lot for the reply man, my work visa is valid until end of 2016 , so if anything happen in US I still want come back to Canada, finger cross I can get the PR without problem soon....I wont inform them right now.. but do you think I should do it as soon as I leave Canada? I am currently thinking change my address to my friend's who is in Canada even though I wont live there....is this would be a good idea?

Hey dobes , thank you for you reply!! this is the same company, they gave me LMIA 2 years ago, and the transfer is a urgent needs just happened. the ideal situation to me is work there for 2-3 years and also get PR, I like to go since my company treat m really well and I would love to support them in US and not let them down.
Sounds like it is possible i will lost PR if I go to US... which is really sad...
what do you think the idea I mentioned in above reply? not inform CIC my job in US? but change my address to my friend's place? will that too risky?

Rules for CEC has never changed. Once you application is approved you can live in any corner of the world and will get your PR. Make sure you update CIC with you new address and then you can do your medicals and everything from US>
One thing might be a problem is PCC. Right now you don't have to provide PCC other than your home country, but if you move to US, CIC might ask you to submit PCC from FBI which I believe does take time. Try completing your process before making a move, but if you have to then you get ready for additional paperwork.

First of all, you really HAVE to tell CIC the truth about where you are and where you are working. You cannot lie to them, your friend's address is a TERRIBLE idea. Lying to them could result in being barred for 5 years from applying for PR, or in having it taken away.

They also state on your PR application page that you MUST tell them of any change in address or circumstance. I suspect that since you have already applied, losing your LMIA won't count against you, as it was valid when you applied and, actually, will be valid for another month, even. I think you are okay there.

Once you have your PR, though, you will have to spend at least two of the next five years in Canada or risk losing it. There are exceptions to the two-year rule, though, and the one about working for a Canadian company outside Canada may apply to you:

Time spent outside Canada may also count towards the two years if you are:

travelling with your spouse or partner who is a Canadian citizen,
travelling with a father or mother who is a Canadian citizen,
an employee of (or under contract to) a Canadian business.

If your employer is a Canadian business, I would keep careful documentation of your transfer to the US at their request. Otherwise, it seems you are very most likely in a good position to receive your PR and keep it. Good luck!
