I have received ITA on 24th May.
Medical passed - 3rd Aug
Application submitted on 17th July

Current status -

1. Eligibility - We are reviewing
2. Medical - You passed medical exam
3. Additional documents - We do not need addi docs.
4. Interview - We do not need interview whether
5. Biometrics - We do not need fingerprint
6. Background check - your Application is in progress
7. Final decision - your application is in progress

Where am i ? Please help me how much time it will take to get PPR?

It can take anywhere from 30 days to 6 months on an average for an application. As per CIC website 80% of cases are processed in less than 6 months time. You have not even completed one month. You need to be patient.
