My husband has been working in manufacturing for 10 years as a supervisor at the same job. I've been a stay at home mom for 10 years with 3 kids. We both have a HS diploma but no further education. Does anyone know what our chances of getting our application approved are?

It will be very difficult because you'll give up significant education points with only a high school education. You should calculate your points under the Express Entry points system. You want a score of 430+ to have a good chance of being selected.
