Please help........................

In my application being a PRIME APPLICANT..I have given my wife occupation as "House Wife",because at that time when i have applied she was on Maternity Leave.

As per the new rule she has more chance of getting through as her occupation is in demand and is also in the 38listed categories.

Till now no decision has been made on my application and i have applied after Feb'08.

So can i file a new application with my wife as PRIME APPLICANT.......Waiting for your valuable advice

Does your wife meet all conditions and passmark elligibility on basis of the new list of NOC38? including work experience? IELTS? etc..If yes then you should get all the required papers ready and withdraw your application when CIC asks if you are intereted in proceeding so that you can get the refund and after that your wife should apply as per the new procedure through CIC NS.
This is because
1. Your process will be slower and chances of refusal as they may be trying to filter.
2. Your wife as PA stands better posibility and faster processing.
But you should do this only and only if you are fully sure about your wife meeting all conditions of the new process.
If possible get an expert advice too..
