Please Help!visit visa extension.

Hello Dear members , my mother is on visitor visa from 5 Feb 2020,her status is valid till 5 august 2020,i am trying to extend her stay due to flight cancellation. When applying online, it says financial proof of support, I don't have her latest bank statement but have photocopy of her fixed deposit, can I upload that or I have to upload my bank statement?
And for biometrics,can I upload it after submitting her application or I have to do it before submitting?

You can't do biometrics before submitting a visa. If she came here on 5 February 2020, wouldn't she have already done biometrics?

Thanks for reply, actually she got her visa in 2018 from India but visit this year only. Kindly guide what should we upload for financial support document in online account.

Hi, when we are applying via gckey there is only one option of uploading form for extension but I can't see where to upload the checklist. Kindly help.

We got an extension for my father in law back in December of 2019. For proof of funds i just created a bank draft for $5000 in his name and uploaded the copy in GC Key. Request for bio metrics came couple days after which we went to the nearest center and got it done. You just have to book an appt using their online tool at the nearest center. Once approved we got the request for medical which we could not complete due to this covid situation.

Hi Did you inform the IRCC regarding your father in law medical examination request?
I have the same situation with my mother,she received her medical even request on June 4th but unfortunately the immigration clinic here In Victoria BC will be re-open at the end of July.
I would like to inform the IRCC but do you have any idea how to contact them?
