Please help urgent regarding GCMS notes and inadmissible !!!!!

Hi I really need some help regarding my GCMS notes would rather put it in a private mail the information if anyone can help !!

So according to GCMS notes they have said husband is inadmissible to to conviction for DUI in 2003 which he got banned for 15 months , says in notes that letter to be sent on 25 March 2015 never received any email or letter of resection and our ecas still says in process please does anyone know what this means it was sent to another officer for review !! I'm freaking out here !!

It was 2003 convicted 15month ban and it was in the UK

Should he not be deemed rehabilitated ?? And also 2 other convictions from 1988 were flagged on his criminal record according to cic website he is rehabilitated after 5 years so I can't understand what's on these notes I'm so worried right now !! We never received any email or rejection letter and our ECAS says n process still from 18th March 2015

For dui I think it's ten years from the day the ban ends your deemed rehabilitated.

Need to consult a lawyer, I thought if you have criminal conviction then no chance of PR?

it was September 2003 ban for 15 months so would have been clear of the ten years in December 2014 right ? Our app,I action was received by cic in March 2014 , do t know what to do now what I can't figure out Is why our application in ECAS still says in process and we have never received anything to say we have been rejected and that was dates 25 March in the notes that's nearly 3 months ago !

not sure never received anything to say it was rejected GCMS notes state send PA a PF letter stating grounds for I admissibility and explain this can be overcome by approval of rehabilitation this note was dated 25 March 2015 never received a thing any idea what what a PF letter is ? And also no change on ECAS still in process my head hurts so bad !!

a PF letter stands for Procedural Fairness letter. They might ask you to get another document since it's been more than 10 years since your husband got the DUI. you should post the entire note(blacking out or removing your personal information) so we can help you better.

check for outcome correspondence. it'll say if they sent an email with this note or not.

checked all the outgoing correspondence on GCMS notes nothing there at all regarding this matter
