i need your help

I am Canadian Citizen
My Spouse lives in India right now.
i have submitted her application for Spousal Sponsorship PR visa.
She just got Passport request on May 1 2017.
Might be she get Visa this Month.

My Baby was born on June 26 2016.
I have Submitted his file for Proof of Citizenship in Feb 2017.
Feb 2017 -- File number received
March 9 2017 --- In process



Now as my wife will get visa this month.

I need help how to Bring my child here as he is 10 month old right now.

when and how to apply for Urgent proof of Citizenship???
what type of letter of explanation i have to write??/
which forms i have to fill??
Can I apply right now or Should i wait for my spouse Visa??

please help me friends, need Ur experience and guidance

As the child is under 2, you can apply for a limited validity passport based on the fact that you've applied for the Certificate of Citizenship.

Yes. You will need to show proof of imminent travel.
