Hi People
I am Jun 2013 applicant . For the work experience reference letter , i have submitted my initial petition Dated Jan 2011 ...which clearly explains my roles/responsilibilities and also the NOC code also it says the contract start data as 14th jan 2011 and end date as Jul 2012. ( 1.5 years). However my employer denied giving me the latest peption which is from Jul 2012 till Jul 2013 saying its against comparny policy. So would it be an issue if i dont provide a latest reference letter date in 2013 that shows my roles/reponsinilities. Below are other documents that i've submitted.
Am just worried if they can deny my case for not providing the latest reference letter with my roles/responsibilites. Any help on this is really appreciated.!!
1. Jan 2011 dated Petition Papers
2. Contract renewals records - update to date till 2013
3. NOA
4. Pay Stubs
5. Salary letter which shows am employes since Jan 2013 ( dated 2013 ).
