In case I have paid my tuition fees in full (for the first year approx. $13000) and the GIC money ($10,100) and my VISA is rejected (God-forbid), then will I get the full refund for the tuition fees that I paid to the college and the GIC money? Haven't done any of the above yet, but planning to do in the coming months.
