could you please some one help me on this clarification.
My husband(Work Permit and Visa-TRV) and my(Visitor Permit and Visa-TRV) expiring on 30th March 2017.
My husband applied BOWP-Bridge open work Permit and dependent visitor permit for me. both the applications are approved today. now my question is whether am i eligible to apple TRV till my new Visitor permit expire date(31 March 2018) from canada. few of my friends here told me that visitor permit holders cannot apply/extend TRV from Canada. is it true? basically they are telling only work permit/Student permit holders can apply TRV from Canada.
Please let me know if one has the same situation and how it was handled.
