There is zero chance this is real.

There hundreds of reasons why this is very obviously fake. It would take an hour to list all of the reasons why this is fake. Canadian job offers do not look like this, they do not pay for your accommodations (that's a sign of a scam), the language in the letter is terrible and not how a real letter would be written, the letter would not be signed by all of those people, many many more reasons.

This is a scam. Do not give them any money. The job does not exist.

this can actually impact
