PLEASE HELP - SUPER VISA FOR WIDOW MOTHER

Hello Everyone!

I want to apply for my mom's super visa but i am worried if will get it or not , as 2 years ago she applied for visitor visa and she was denied saying she doesnt have any ties in India. which is true as she lives with my younger sister in her house and she doesnt have any property on her name. what should I do? I really want her to stay with me.

what is the best way to do it? My husband and I both are employed and have paid taxes.

Either ways, she needs to show ties - you can try with supervisa but it requires lot of paperwork to show good ties, income, travel history. if the whole family was travelling in a group, maybe a chance

but there is no travel history on her part at all. and no income or assets on her part except pension.

can I show my documents and get her to try on that???

I asked her to talk to agent India in our city about this and he said she doesn't stand a chance and don't waste your money.

I don't know what to do now as I really need her and she needs me...
