AOR Received.
15-06-2021
Hi Everyone, I submitted my citizenship application in March 2021 and recently received AOR, however I noticed something that makes me worry,

On my citizenship application I filled Question 10, "list all addresses you lived" based on the best of my memory because I lack information to check accurate dates, so I filled that I lived in an address in Thornhill, Ontario (Address B) since March 4th of 2016 (and this is the earliest date I could fill on the form dating back to 5 years ago).
However today I was going through my application for PR, I found a copy of "IMM 5669E: Schedule A - Background / Decalaration" I filled in Feb, 2018, and noticed that I lived in Scarborough, Ontario (Address A) from 2013 to the March of 2016, then moved to Thornhill, Ontario (Address B) in APRIL, 2016, not March. So this conflicts with my citizenship application since I filled that I moved to Address B in March, not April. The correct information is probably what was filled on IMM 5669E as I had corresponding information to check at that time. Anyways, CIC probably would check my historical documents and notice this mismatch.

At the same time IMM 5669E only allowed me to fill to the closest month, so there was no accurate dates recorded, that kind of explains why I said I moved to Address B in April, not March cause it wouldn't allow me to.
I am now having trouble finding out which date is the correct one, Address B was always my mailing address since 2012 (even when I was not living there), Address A was my friend's place that I lived, I can't remember whether if I moved in March or April.

I am concerned of whether if I should send a webform to correct my application for citizenship, however I do not want to make things complicated just for such minor mistake. So what would happen if I do not send a webform? What would happen if CIC notice this mismatch? Has anyone ever been to such situation with their application?

If I were to submit a webform to explain this issue, how should I format it, and do I need to provide any kind of proof? (I can't find any). Do I need to fill accurate date that I moved from Address A to B?
I am just concerned if sending a web form would make things complicated and lead to further investigation, and finding out that the date/month I answered wasn't perfect (I really can't find out the correct dates), making me look like I was lying to CIC (which obviously I would never do it).

Would this be considered as Misrepresentation or Document Fraud if I do not send a webform to correct it? Or correcting it by only providing a approximate date? Such as moved out Address A on March 31st, 2016, moved in to Address B on April 1st, 2016? I do not pay bills or rent on both addresses. I do not want to have a history of misrepresentation or document fraud.

Also another question I have: why did I receive AOR in my old email (which I used to apply for PR), but not the email address I filled in my application? Does CIC always have my old email on file and would always contact me through that?

Thank you!
