Just Today I got a new letter from the bank with the amendments you asked for Ravs.

The bank has also mentioned that it was an typing error on their part in the letter.

I hope that i get thru this without further trouble........

I think they will consider this as a typo error. But since you submitted a Bank certificate letter and even if your file goes into processing, strong chances are they might come back and ask you for 6-12 months bank statement. So start working on your bank statements.

I have provided a copy of FD which is of substantial amount alongwith some amount of money in my bank, for which I have provided a bank certification letter....wanted some help if copy of fd would do as if its not possible to send originals

cic.. will understand its a typo error.. send a the correction.. and dont worry.. though theres an update in CIC website.. it will take a litle time for 10,000 cap to reach.. for other categories its not easy to gather many applicatin.. though cic websites say they hve lenty of applications..
each of the remaining noc should get around 200 application to make it to 10,000 which is not likely to hapen as nocs like radilogist, primary production manager, crane operator, dentist, plumbsrs, blaster are not filling up fast..
its not a false hope i am givin u.. its based on calculations..
so dont worry.. reapply or send correction letter.. whichver is fastest..at least u r lucky u got to understand the mistake..

Wen u feel depressed such replies can just make you feel so much better.

As per the mistake.......let me tell you I now have an updated letter from the bank.

But where should I send this letter again.....as I dont have any file number with me. They have received my application on 12th march,2012 and still now I haven't received my PER.

As for the total cap, I'm prayin to God that I fell in the 10000 cap, as I have applied in NOC category 7241( electrician). Till now only 225 applications are received for this particular category.

dont worry u will fall in the cap.. y dont u email thm and ask the procedure.. anyways dont loose time and courier the letter asap

I don'y have any consultant.......by the way where to send me an email......you have any email id with out that you can share wid me.

also how can i send a courier when i have no file number.... ???

If you don't have a file number, then they aren't even looking at your application, so there's no urgency to sending your information. Hold onto it. When you have the file number from the visa office, send the updated documents to the visa office and reference your file number. Keep copies of everything you send, and use a courier so you can demonstrate that you sent SOMETHING.

are the file numbers provided by CIO and VO different from each other......by wat I understand u mean to say that I can send the updated lettr only once its transferred from Nova scotia to New delhi?is it?

In my experience the file number changes when they move the file from the CIO to the visa office (it did in my case), and since the document in question won't matter to Sydney but will matter to your visa office, it's better to wait until you get the AOR from your visa office with your file number.

Immigration is a great way to learn patience.

u said u provided a copy of the fd.. now how old is tht.. ?
if tht fd covers your funds required then dont worry..
courier them the latest letter.. if possible.. and keep tab of all emails, couriers, telephone calls.. if possible call up your local visa office and ask them wht can be done.. i mean they might not come up with any answer.. but atleast u will get some satisfaction tht u tried..

the copy of FD that I provided is still valid and will only expire after a few months.......

The FD I have provided covers 80-85 percent of my settlement funds.....

As I said I can't courier them the amended letter as i dont have any file no. and others have advised to wait till I get the file no. frm Visa office or until I get an AOR
