i was studying in btech IT in bangalore for 2 yrs but i was not successful so i applied to seneca college and they accepted me but now visa people rejected my application. what should i do ....please help

Weird! You were doing BTech in IT and got admission for computer systems tech; they are like brothers and sisters. I think you did not submit a proper SOP with your application showing your intention for leaving your study back in the country and going abroad for a diploma. I am pretty sure that is the case - they could not find any proper reason for such study plan of yours. You need to cook up a good study plan when you apply for the second time.

I don't have any specialized sop for biotech but I have generalized ones and I have sent you that.
