PLEASE help! Schedule A: additional document request

Hi,

I got an email stated that I left the gap by one year in IMM5669 and I should pay the RPRF.

My question is I did submit my application on paper. Is it possible for me to send the additional document they requested by Case Specific Inquiry by scan them and send it (New IMM5669 and RPRF receipt)??

Please help me out and it will definitely help me a lot

I think scan and CSE will do it, not quite sure tho. Hopefully who passed such experience would help you.

It is possible and I think it is written in the email which you got

Do u have my cic account?

In Nov i got request for RPRF. U need to upload it online go to "Review of submitted documents", it will tell u if u can upload online
