Dear respected senior.
I have applied for Visit visa for my mother but it is refused and they mention
Following points.
You not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident
In reaching this decision I consider several Factors including.
1-You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your/yours host income and assets.
2-Your travel history
3-Your family’s ties in Canada and in your country of residence
In my GCMS Information request for application it is mention that visa Officer is not satisfied that my mother(widowed) would leave Canada at the end of an authorized stay client show 500,000 pkr in bank Account.
Host (me) has show pay stub which is low for a family of three plus applicant who wish to visit.
Host Family (my wife and children) recently approved PR and will likely arrive Canada very soon. Which would more incentive for applicant to remain in Canada not satisfied client will depart at end of authorized stay.
I am Canada in Citizen and living here in Vancouver since 2008.
I am married and have one child.
I never apply for visit visa for my mother this is first time ever since in my life.
How I can satisfy visa officer that my mother leaves Canada at; the end of an authorized stay
How I can satisfy visa officer that I can afford all my expenses incurred during stay in Canada.
Can senior advise me what kind of document help to support above two mention points.

Thank in advance all of them who will give me advise

Based on the refusal reasons, CIC feels your income is too low to support your family and also your mother as a visitor. You should either show additional proof of income / bank accounts or wait until you are making more money to reapply. You mother also needs to show stronger ties to her home country. What evidence did she provide that she will return home at the end of her stay? What additional evidence can she provide the next time she applies? Is she employed? Does she own a business? Does she own property?

Hi scylla,
Thank for reply, my income is low that is why I did not applied for super visa, and apply visit visa,
Currently I am taking $3000 per month and consist of three person family (Me, wife, and one 2 year child) is it not enough to apply for my mother visit visa,
My wife and child are out of Canada for next four month due to some personal work and planning to come back in December 2015.
Last time I did not provide as such documents which show stronger ties to her home country.
Can you list the name of documents which show stronger ties to her home country?
unfortunately no evidence provides that she will return home at the end of her stay?
Can you advise the name of documents which show she will return home at the end of her stay?
I need advise what additional evidence can she provide the next time she applies?
she is housewife never employed? Yes she own property and I provide evidence in my previous mother visit application.(Home registry, saving certificate etc)

Evidence that shows she will return home at the end of her stay include things like property document, proof of employment (which it doesn't sound like she has), proof of business ownership, proof of other assets/bank accounts. Can she show additional funds to pay for her trip? Her bank balance is not that high and your income is quite low as well.

Also, how long did you say she is coming to visit? It's possible you may have also asked for too long a trip and that has caused CIC to become concerned that she may have plans to remain in Canada long term.

Thank you for email.
Yes my friend I request for 5 month stay may be this is one factor for refusal.
Can you tell me how much is reasonable amount s how in bank balance.
How much additional funds need to show to pay for her trip?
Should I need to show all evidence regarding proof of business ownership, proof of other assets/bank account and additional funds to pay for her trip?
