please help reference letters AINP employer driven-skilled category

Hi there
I'm about to apply for AINP employer driven cateory - skilled worker next month. I have checked the document checklist and its asking for reference letter. Is T4 enough as reference because there is no way for me to provide a letter from my previous employer and I also checked my Service Canada account but my ROE box is empty.
Please help

As far as I know, T4 does not count as reference. However, you can't provide reference from your previous employer, you can writer a letter explain why.

It's best to call ANIP office up or email them and ask directly.
