I AM TRYING TO HELP MY BROTHER. HIS IN THE PHILIPPINES RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT. HE WENT HOME TO ATTEND MY DAD'S FUNERAL ON JUNE 17. BUT HIS TRV WAS EXPIRED LAST YEAR AND UNABLE TO RENEW IT BEFORE HE LEFT. HE JUST RECEIVED HIS LMO BUT HIS WP WILL EXPIRE ON JULY 10, 2010.
WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE GONNA DO FIRST.
PLEASE HELP US!

Hi,im under in live in caregiver program, i just wanna ask im planning to have a vacation next year april 2010 in the philippines,my problem is my visa will expired on march 2011 as well as my passport they gave me multiple visa but they patterned on the expiration for my passport i will renew my passport before the expiry date, i have still valid working permit,should i get the reentry visa since my old passport will expiry before my vacation. If ever can i apply for re entry visa in Montreal? Or near place where i live now? Tnx luking forward to hear from u soon

Renew your passport. Is there a way you can do it in Canada (I am not familiar with the passport renewal abroad). Then send the renewal of your TRV to Buffalo (looks like you're closer there), together with copies of your valid WP, a letter from your employer telling the visa office you're going for a vacation so you need a new visa.
