(Please help!!) Profile not eligible..

I've been trying to submit the express entry profile and it keep saying I'm not eligible..
But can't understand..
Based on my calculation, I have at least 68 points for FSW...

Age: 34
Education : Master with ECA
Language : Celpip took on February 2022 (R: 11, L : 10, W: 8, S:8)
Foreign Work experience:
● NOC 1123 for 1 year and 3 months (2019 Jan - 2020 Mar)
● NOC 1221 for 2 year (2014 Jan - 2015 Dec)
Canadian Work Experience
● NOC 1241 for 6 months (2022 Jan - current)
Job offer : PR LMIA for current work permit

I have enough funds...$20,000 for family of 2.
And chose NOC 1221 for the primary occupation..

I don't know what I've done wrong.

Please help me!!!!
