PLEASE HELP! (problem regarding medical exam... i exceeded in 60 days)

Hi, I have a problem regarding my medical examination. The Canadian embassy has sent me an email last April 25, 2014 and it said that i must undergo a medical exam for my visa application within 60 days, but the problem is i have read that email today (august 10,2014) and i exceeded in 60days, what shall i do? can you please help me?
