I recently tried to apply for PR under CEC and need an employment letter for my last job. However, HR from the past company wrote me a very inappropriate letter. I was full-time at the beginning but changed to casual later. She wrote me a letter saying that I was casual the whole time and did not include any job duties. I asked her to change it and she said, "I don't know if I am allowed to change it that way," then hung up on me. I wrote another email with all the requirements stated by IRCC to them but never got a response. I feel like they just ghosted me. Please help. What should I do now? I have all my paystubs and tax slips with me.
