Which college or university is the best for visa chance ? Below is my profile.

10th - 2004 - 66%
12th -Humanities - 53% - 2006
Worked as Salesman in family electronics business from 2006-2008

Went to nz in 2009
Diploma in business management from NZ - 2010

Returned from nz in 2011.
Worked as salesman in family business from 2011-2014.

Family business closed in 2014
Working now as Procurement Coordinator in healthcare company from 2015-till now

Ielts academic score is 6.5(each module no less than 6.0

Got refusal canada study visa in Sep 2017 intake.

Please advice that which university is now good to apply offer letter for visa chance ???

you already have a diploma. Go for a post graduate diploma.

Did you apply for GCMS ( earlier known as CAIPS notes)? this shall help you understand why exactly you application was rejected.
and indeed your course selection was not really a bright one. Did you consider supply chain management PG program? what documents did you submit while applying?

In the interpretation, they just copy pasted the visa officer's notes. How much did you pay for this? Ask them for some solution.
