Please help - Parents lending as PR (temporarily)

My Parents are landing as PR in few days. This is first time they are traveling in plane. They will be here for 1.5 month and will go back to India. They plan to move here permanently in Apr 2020.

What can I tell them to release their anxiety at landing?
What kind of questions they can expect from Agents at airports?
What documents they should carry?

Any inputs will help. Thanks.

Please read the section in the link provided which says 'Landing in Canada and returning to the UK' - that IS a 'soft landing'.
