So, I have applied for PR and filed my papers and am getting a score of 417,
My consultant said that it would be better if I were to pursue a 1-year diploma course and then apply the for PR as it would push the pr score past 441 somewhere aroud 450

this would be the more than sufficient to get the Canada PR and hence said to apply to some college

Okay,

but the issue is I do not want to study esp attending classes and all that stuff

Is there any college that will require me to just show my face once in every 2 months

I know in the US it is campus villa, something similar in Canada

Attend the class once every 2 months

Chuck a paper at them every Friday

No, I will not work with the visa but attend online coaching and am also a certified hacker

But this is just the one hiccup my way,

All my papers are fine and perfectly in order with Cl-10 score in IELTS

I am not asking fraud colleges , I am asking where I will not have to attend the class, I will ofcourse not work

and US is as strict if not more, so if it can happen there, I do not see why not in Canada

It's just one year

and then I will have my PR

There are such colleges. However you won't be able to get a study permit approved to study at one of these colleges since they aren't on the DLI list. A school has to be on the DLI list in order for you to qualify for a study permit. If you want the additional points, you'll actually need to attend classes, submit assignments and take exams.

I'll apply for visa through another college

and then attend the type of college you are talking about

The main criteria is it should be eligible under WES

If you pass the course, attendance shouldn't matter. As someone who has dabbled in teaching, the instructor may or may not care. The point is, you have to GET the certificate and as others above stated, you need to get it at a place that WES recognizes.

The real question is, why would you not want to take a course of study and learn from it since it will help you get a job? I also dabble as a manager and question applicants of this.

because I already have all the knowledge I need and hate wasting my time

I am a certified hacker and am happy with the work experience I have

But still need the masters degree

Well, you have your answer then. You can't come without getting the degree/certification from a recognized WES school.
Cheers,
