What is the difference between recommend passed and passed in the gcms notes..even after aip some ppl get passed and for some it is recommend passed. please give me clarity

The first officer thinks you should pass, second officer will review if it is indeed passed.
Passed means you're most likely approved. Recommend means your eligibility is still being checked. Yes "Recommend pass" AIP is not as good as passed, but both don't mean final approval.

If it is not entirely passed then why they are issuing aip and giving people hopes and even in aip it states cleared first stage..These things which ircc states is completely contradictory to how they process applications

AIP is nothing but a hoax, a sugarcoated lie just to stop international students from going to other countries...

It seems to be a pattern from countries with high number of applicants. Where are you applying from?

Basically they didn't have time to review every application. Don't be down by it, recommend pass is still a good sign. And with AIP is even BETTER.

As for contradiction, on the original announcement webpage they stared that your eligibility might get re checked and that you might get refused based on eligibility.

It's not a hoax, plenty got their approvals after AIP and are in Canada rn. However it doesn't give any assurance and it can be extremely hard on students that started their studies with it.
