please help!!! need advice for express entry.. its urgent please

i am so much worried. i have recieved invitation to apply for express entry. but there is a problem. i have not continous work experience of 1 yr. i hav 7 months experience in ontario, worked as shift operation manager in a restraunt. then i moved to edmonton in december and joined construction company in january 22. then my work permit expired on 2 apr 2014. and got my new closed work permit started from 31 july and now presently working in construction company. so is it possible that my work experiece has been counted like this??? cic will accept my work experience???
my consultant is saying to submit my file.

I am amazed why your consultant is asking you to submit your file. I will share some insights first:
1. One year continuous experience is a mandate
2. Misrepresentation will definitely result in ban
To show your case in an application to CIC is complicated. Ethically, you cannot show to CIC that you were working for a construction company even when you were not having a legal work visa. They are not carefree enough to miss out on their part. So you cannot show continuous work ex. Can you share the work ex dates, the respective NOC code and the primary NOC code for your application?

i worked in ontario (restraunt), shift operation manager 6311 for 7 months
now m working as a supply control coordinator 1215 (close work permit starts from 31 july 2014). but i joined this company on 22 january 2014 and i am not showing my work experience when i had not work visa.
my consultnt said that he will show my ontario work experience and 2 months experience in construction company alberta(feb, march) and then close work permit in same construction company starts from august 1 - present date.
