Please help. MyCIC profile problems.

Hello.

I searched the forum but could not find the answer.

I started the profile while my WES request was not back but did not SUBMIT it. Today I see that the 60 countdown has already started and it shows 48 days now. Should I delete the profile and wait for WES records and then create a new one?

Please help.

This indicates that you have received an ITA. You will have to decline the ITA if your ECA wasn't available before you got the ITA.

I did not receive anything from CIC about ITA. I do not even have the score since I didn't complete my profile. Work experience and my spouse's information parts are empty.

But I can not complete my application anyway. I don't have WES reports yet. And I did not sumbit my application. Why did the countdown start then?
