Hi everyone. My friend who also submitted an eAPR and gotten an AOR this month received an email from CIC last night saying, "Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your account and check your application status and messages for more information."

However, upon logging in to her myCIC account, her EE application disappeared. There's now nothing under the "View my submitted applications or profiles" area.

Anyone who knows what could have transpired? Was there a recent scheduled maintenance that could have caused a glitch?

We'd very much appreciate your help.

Might be a temporary glitch, or the page didn't load properly.

Thanks. I really hope it's just a technical issue. I tried searching the forum for a similar case but did not find any. She still cannot see her profile today though.

I suggest she should try to use other browser aside from the one she's using at the moment. This might do the trick.

Yes, try using another browser, another computer, preferably a desktop or laptop computer. If she is checking on a tablet or mobile phone, it may be prone to some problems.
