Don't bother calling. It's a scam and there's no job - they just want to steal your money. This same LMIA number has been reported by other people. Here's a web site that shows one of the scam emails and the same LMIA number:

You need to share more information such as which company is the employment with given they support the LMIA , for which position and if any offer letter share that with personal details taken out.
