My refugee was accepted a month ago and i had a fight with my friend now he has sent emails to immigration that my refugee case was fake. I am so scared please help me he send emails to immigration and IRB now i am worried what will happen.Please guide me what should i do now.

Unless you did submit fake documents or make false claims you have nothing to worry about. If IRB does look into claims they have to have concrete proof that you misrepresented something about your case.
