Hi. everyone.
I need to your advise with this.
My WP expire soon, So I need to send my WP extention application soon with new LMO.
My boss has been traveling for awhile and coming back later, my boss wants me make a LMO application by my self, but my english is so bad. I mean I can't translate and write the application correctly.
So I'm on writing the application but I've been stopped with question number 69 (Provide a rationale for the job offer you are making to the temporary foreign worker(s) and explain how this will meet your employment needs?) My boss either doesn't undertand about this.

Please let me explain what that is asking exactly. if you know the best answer about the question please let me know

The question is actually "Why are you the best person for the job?" You should be able to answer that. You know what you know and can do and have been doing for the company.
