This is my time line:
Full documents received by Buffalo on August 31st 2010. (I have the receipt from UPS, signed by Carland)
On December ECAS RBVO
On February 1st In Process
No AOR till now
Yesterday I sent an enquiry to Buffalo and look what they replied to me:

Buffalo has no record of the file number or name and date of birth you have provided.


e-Cas is for applications processing within Canada only.



Immigration cases being processed in Visa offices outside Canada use a system different from that used to process similar applications in Canada. As a result, the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) does not reflect the status of cases being processed in Buffalo.

Do not use the CIC e-Cas on-line change of address system. Your new address will not be downloaded to your file in Buffalo.

I know, I almost memorized what is written on their website; but what should I do?

Try to check you status with CIO file no if you dont have 2nd AOR file no and also ask your CHC that send you 2nd AOR file no, They will sent you 2nd file no in your electronic email.

But when you make a specific enquiry to Buffalo you have to fill the fields:
name, citizenship, client ID number(of course from Nova Scotia because I haven't received my second AOR), DOB;

So, of course I gave them all the information. And I told them that this is the number given from Nova Scotia and also my time line - that I sent them the full documents on August 31st.

Nobody please in the same situation?

Should I send them another enquiry regarding my file and maybe attach them the AOR from Nova Scotia? :'(

Hi

The question is 'what was you query to Buffalo about?' If your query was about your ecas status, then they have given you a generic response, hence do not worry about it.

If you query was about receipt of your application, then you'll need to pursue further by clarifying thhat according to courier records it was signed for.

Guys, it got there... I have the tracking number from UPS, and the proof of delivery - my package was signed at Buffalo by CARLAND. Anyone knows this name??????
The enquiry was about the fact that I am in process on ECAS and I did't get my AOR yet. But I gave them all the information possible; However, should I email them back and attach the AOR from Nova Scotia?

yes email them back with AOR from NOVA SCOTIA
