Hi everyone,
My mom, she wants to visit me who is an international student. She failed the Visa because they said she cannot be sure to come back home after she visits me; however, she really doesn’t want to stay here. Actually, can someone help me how to write a letter for explaining that she will not stay here after she visits, please?
Thank you for reading and helping. Have a great weekend!

Regards,

You mother will need to provide strong proof of her ties to her home country (family, work, property...reasons she needs to return). A letter from you will carry very little weight, as there is no guarantee she won't overstay. How long a visit did she request? What documents and information did she provide in her first application?

Actually she sent for them the documents of property such as house, business,.. and the amount of money she has in bank account. And also, she just wants to visit me around 2 months only.
Anyway, thank you so much for helping me.

2 months is far to long for a visitor visa. It's recommended to keep visits to 2-3 weeks. Having businesses and being able to take 2 months away also doesn't show a significant tie to her home country. It's recommended to show funds of about $1000 Cdn/week. Does she have previous travel history to countries requiring visas (US, UK, Australia, Europe)? Does she have family or commitments in her home country she must attend to that require her to return?

She had visited Australia before. As you said, I think she needs to reduce the visiting time. By the way, do you know about the explanation letter to democrate for them again? I need a form or jusr type whatever?
Many thanks
