I am from India and currently I am living new Zealand. I am currently working as a motel manager from last 3 year. I just want to know am I eligible for permanent residence in canda under any program

why do u want to apply in canada? u can always try newzealand PR ryt?

I can't apply pr in new zeland now because I have only 3 year experience. I need 5 year experience to apply pr here and my visa going to expire with in 8 months, that's why I want to know am I eligible to apply Canada pr,

As per your work experience you don't qualify under current regulations , as Sycilia mentioned , you need an approved job offer to be able to apply under arranged employment .
