Please HELP ME.....

My spouse & son live in canada, she recived mandatory document. there have required FOUR forms

1) Generic Application IMM008
2) Additional Dep IMM008DEP
3) Schedule A Background IMM5669
4) Additional Family Info IMM5406

Who can submit this from My spouse or Me (Dependent) ? but i was submit case in islamabad in june 2012

If you are the one applying for visa to come to canada.. You must fill out the forms... Your spouse must fill out different form to sponsor you..
