People will need more information if they are to give you any useful information. Did you apply inland or outland? If outland, which visa office? Are you the sponsor or the principal applicant? Is the sponsor just sponsoring the spouse/common-law partner, or are there other dependents?

If there is no interview or request for additional documents(e.g. new police clearance certificates, fill out updated forms, etc) or redo medicals, then yes, the next step will be "decision made".

What's your timeline ?
Next update will be medical recd if u already got that updated then it's decision made.... Average time in New Delhi for DM is 4 weeks (otherwise can go upto 3 months)
