I GOT ADMITTED FOR PG DIPLOMA IN IBM IN MOHAWK COLLEGE
MY PROFILE IS
10TH 75%
12TH 58%
DEGRE 65%
IELTS IS 6( L 6.5,R 6 , W6 ,S6)
IM APPLYING FOR SSP AND I GOT GIC ACC ALSO AND FUNDS ARE READY TOO
BUT MY MAIN CONCERN IS I'M YET TO RECIEVE MY C.M.M FOR COLLEGE IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER
SO IS IT OK TO APPLY FOR VISA WITHOUT IT BUT I HAVE ALL THE TRANSCRIPT ...... PLEASE HELP GUYS

It is Ok to go ahead. Apply asap bcz as time pass work load in embassy increases and more time is needed to decide each application and after 15 dec you will be refused on the basis of late application. It is clearly mentioned on website
