please Help me

Sir,
i would like to apply for a multi entry or single entry visitor visa to canada , am from hyderabad , my brother is an job holder at canada , he works for ciena company with an annual income of 65000 canadian $ /annum . he stays at ottawa . So, my doubt is i have got admission in george brown college , toronto and i applied for student visa twice and got rejected . hence, i stopped canada process and applied for USA . and now i got my USA visa approved . So, my doubt here is will it be any problem to me if i apply visitor visa again ? because i want to be in canada for a month before i proceed to USA . am gonna stay at my brother's house . Does my student Visa rejection makes a problem for my visitor visa now ??? please respond immediately

First of all u need strong reason to visit ,, and then u must show strong ties that u will leave Canada,, since ur brother is there I believe ur chances are low,, ur previous rejections don't impact too much ,,

Strong reason means i have my USA visa ., and my univ starts from jan 26th

But u don't have any reason to visit,, my cousin was on valid study permit in uk,, he was studying,, his sister is in Canada he wanted to visit her ,, his application was rejected,, VO said you will not leave country ,,,, u can try but honestly chances are slim,,, there is no harm in applying ,, go for online application and all u need is 75CAD ,,

Hi,

I will suggest you to apply for Canada visitor visa after starting studies in USA.
It will boost up your chances for approval. Don't apply from home country.
