GUYS one quick question, I was just informed by my employer that my LMO has been approved. Maybe, by next week I'll start to process the documentation required by the embassy. My question is, since I applied as a FOOD COUNTERATTENDANT which doesn't require a college degree and experience, and my work experience is in HOSPITAL..and now, while waiting for the processing I am currently working as a FCA here in our place.

QUESTION:
DO I still have to secure my employer's contributions to my SSS/PHILHEALTH/TIN?that would be my biggest problem for my future application, because my employer didn't contribute any of those .. So my one year-full paid work experience is totally useless without those proof of contributions even though I can submit my certificate of employment? Oh my!What do I do now?? Is the Canadian Embassy really strict with those proof of contributions, do they really need and check those? !thank u so much!

1- CEM might ask for your SSS record copy for their preferences in the future.
2- Just in case CEM ask for your SSS copy after sending the application, Just Give what they are asking but dont forget to provide a cover letter explaining that your Employer failed to have SSS contribution due to __________.
3- dont worry, the decision is still on our Visa Officer. Ive known so many people here in our forum with less or with no experience in such field but was successfully got their VISA. Most of them are already in Canada :) Just pray

So provide a cover letter explaining that your Employer didn't pay your SSS contribution due to that reason (if hingin ang iyong SSS record.

however, theres a possiblity that the VO might think na ikaw ay parang with Less prospects in country of origin ba yun ? or parang magiging burden lang sa canada ang isang applicant etc?na isa rin sa ground of refusal di ko sure just try to ask other expert din with regards sa reason na ibibigay mo. Godbless sa application
