You can apply for a PGWP once you complete your studies. Is this what you are asking about or something else?

Thank you for your reply. My coop work permit from Greystone college of Business, they don't issue PGWP. That's why am asking am I qualified for open work permit or PGWP since it's not issuing from my private college..So worried I don't know what to do ??

No, you don't qualify for an open work permit. You also do not qualify for a PGWP.
If you want to remain in Canada and continue working, you need to secure a job offer and that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.
This doesn't change the answer. She needs to get a job offer and approved LMIA so that she can apply for a closed work permit.
The alternative is to take another full time program at a university or college but to this time make sure to pick a program and school that qualify for a PGWP. Once this second program is finished, she will qualify for a PGWP based on her second program. Of course this is an expensive option and it depends if she has the money to complete another full time program.
In that case she needs to look for a new employer who is willing to give her a job offer and also obtain an approved LMIA. She needs an approved LMIA from her employer to qualify for a closed work permit.
