Dear All,

I am in extreme situation. I was expecting my medical and RPRF after my e-case "In Process". Today I have received a letter from Singapore office. Immigration officer issued the letter stating as below:

"You have provided a fraudulent employment letter purportedly issued by your employer to our office with the intention to induce us into believing that you have the employment experience as required under the Act and regulations.

I am therefore considering making a recommendation to my program manager to refuse your application under paragraph 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, 2001.

If you have any additional information to add to your application you should forward this to our office by 06, September 2010."

I am in a Bank and I have provided true and authentic documents. My department head certified my job responsibilities. I also provided my joining letter and every documents. My total point is 76.

I can provide them again a confirmation from my department head. He will do that because my everything is genuine. He can also write to the visa officer "His every documents is genuine and his responsibility as I written in my previous certificate is authentic and if you want you can investigate to my department or to me directly".

But is it a good idea to challenge the visa officer like this?

What can I do? Can anybody help me giving a suggestion?

Please...please...

Can anybody save me?

Now what can I do. I am completely broken.

Hey robin,

It's not a mere "challenge", it's ur right as long as u did not provide a fraudulent letter as he claimed.

So, I advice u to collect all the evidences & documents supporting ur claims..all authentic/original documents indicating ur job responsibilities with authorized persons signing them..with their full title & contacts.

If u were honest since the beginning..if u have the right..do what it takes to prove it.

Good luck.

what if I write directly to CIC in their website? Is there any field of complain? Will they help me?

I have already provided them all possible papers from my office.

my offer letter (previous and present job), my joining letter, 3 reference letter from my colleagues, job responsibility from my department head with their business cards, my salary statement.

what new I can provide them to believe? All these things can be provided again. but will it help?

Im so confused.......

it may happen that they called to my HRD and asked about my job responsibility. But my bank is a huge bank considering employee number and in our bank only department head determines job responsibility of his subordinates. It can happen that HR person couldnot describe my responsibilities properly and created this misconception..

This my be completely off the wall, but the first thing that came to my mind was to send a picture of you AT WORK. Do you and your colleagues have name plaques or badges so you could be identified in the pictures? Does your department head have his name on his door or desk where the two of you could have your picture taken? Company logos identifying the bank would be good to include in the background. Best of luck!

.. waiting .. & .. waiting ..
You have already provided the required proofs and documents, but yes it might be possible that your position or Job Responsibilities might not have been verified so they concluded that your experience is fake !! You can reply with an explanation letter with business cards of HR executives from whom your details can be verified, and yes as Pippin suggested, pictures with your managers and co-workers would be great and might be enough to convince them ... Good Luck !!

Robin,

Don't panic.
Before thinking about complaining..u should write to the VO to ask about the reasons they built their claims upon.
Then u have enough time to collect the supporting proofs to justify ur right.

Panic will lead u to mess up ur chances.
Please listen to my advice & act reasonably.

Good luck.

Dear Robin,

Please 1st write to VO & ask about the details reasons for their claims.
You have full right to ask them for this claims & then take action on that in cool mind.
