Can anyone please let me know which 2 university should I choose for Masters from these:
1) Concordia University
2) Carleton University
3) University of Manitoba

My gpa is 2.63 with an international publucation. IELTS: 7.5. If not the above universities then can you let me know in which university I can get admission??

Hello. To my understanding, the minimum GPA requirement for Master's programmes in most Canadian universities is 3.0 out of 4.0(4.3). If you do not meet this requirement, your application won't even be processed most of the times. Try to research on these universities' admission committees.
