1. Do not know
2. It means you passed that stage, SEC CRIM 1 is passed. Security - Criminal checks
3. Don't know
4. PHEP stands for Photographs - Height - Eye colour - Passport.
So it sounds like your Passport Requests may be imminent. When CIC request your passports they also ask for new photographs of family members and information like height and eye colour. Hence they use the abbreviation PHEP.

Your passport request should be on its way...you will get it soon

@TDH

Background Decision (BDEC)
Performed to assess our full b/ground & security checks. Usually returns a code once the file is complete - aka visa stamped.
1 -passed
2 -omitted (all under 18)
3 -incomplete
4 -failed

Criminality Decision (CDEC)
Done in cases where there is a known/found Crim. issue. Usually returns a code after the visas r stamped. Dangerous situation. Recorded when the Visa is "Not likely" to be stamped. Usually remains "empty" till donkey's years.
1 -passed
2 -omitted
3 -pending
4 -refused

SECCRIM
Performed as a basic security check. Mainly based on the PCCs that we sent. This could return a code in the early stages itself - as the PCCs r submitted. Formarly SDEC (nowadays usually not used, or left blank).
1 -passed
2 -omitted
3 -pending
4 -refused

ZQ : Probably a staff at the CHC.

PHEP : Congrats! that's your PPR (Photos/Height/Eye color/Passport).

BF'D 01-12-2010 : Was a review date.
