Please help me to understand the process parent and grandparent sponsership

1) so i know i have to fill sponsorship application for my parent
2) my parents need to fill their permanent residence application

My question is
on following link i can find the package to fill as sponsorship
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/parents-apply-how.asp

but there is not detail how parent can fill their PR application which form etc
also can anyone told me the time line
and has anyone attached any letter to express the the interest why he/she sponsoring the parents or why their parent should get PR etc Any letter of explanation.

I'm not sure I understand your question. All forms are here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/sponsor-parents.asp

If you are wondering who must fill which form, you only have to read them carefully. At the end, you'll see "Signature of the applicant" (your parents) or "Signature of the Sponsor" (you).

For the delay, CIC is now working on applications received in January 2014. The next application period will open on January 3th.
