My Friend son is landed as PR. In UK he has completed 2 years of Computer Engineering.

My question are :

1) Will any university give me admission in 3rd year of Computer Engineering.
2) How can I contact the above University. Please give me advice in details.

Really depends on the school (Quality)m his current marks and what courses he has taken. It is unusual for international students to get full credits for the courses they have taken especially in the sciences. May have been possible in the arts. He may get credit for some classes but not the full 2 years. The department will have to review the course syllabus for each class and ompare it to the 1st and 2nd yesr curriculum at U of T or York. Getting admission will be the first hurdle. U of T will be especially challenging. If the child has been in the UK for 2 years is he compliant with his RO? When did he land in Canada? How much time has he spent in Canada since landing?
