Dear all, I am a new member to this forum and really wanna thank you for sharing information. I am going to apply as a skilled worker as soon as I can. But, I am unclear about some issues. Could anybody plz help me. I would really really appreciate it. Here are my questions:
1. I am going to apply with my fiancée. I think that it's better if I apply as the principal applicant, as I have a master's degree and know the french language (and my fiancée doesn't). BUT, all my work experience is from 2006-2008 (as a financial manager), and in oct. 2008 i started my master, which i finished in march 2010, and from april 2010 I have been working as a financial manager. At the other hand my fiancee has 6 years of working experience as GP, which would give him more credits...BUT, my question is: as it is a MUST to have at least 1 year of working exp., I was wondering as this experience should be within 2010. I mean, can I apply as the principal applicant although my experience was 2 years ago????!!!!!
2. As I know both languages (english and french)L do I have to send along with my application, the IELTS test AND the French language test (TEF) ???? Should it be the GT or AT for IETLS???
3. I have been living with my fiancee since more than 1 year ago, and we have the renting contract of our appartment, but it's not notarized. I was wondering if there would be any problem if in the noterized copy, there will appear the date of the notarization, although there is clearly state the date we have rent the house in the renting contract. Is there any problem??? The noterized date will be a recent one as I haven't noterized it yet :-[
4. Should I include in the application pack, a bank statement on the amount of money that I own????
PLEASE reply to my questions, I'm really confused, and there's nowhere I can get answers.
Thank you,
Rozeta
